New Company Features Improve Employee Management in ConstructionOnline™

ConstructionOnline aims to provide software solutions to streamline construction project management and support the growth of successful construction companies around the world. With the addition of two new features in ConstructionOnline, growing construction companies will find it easier than ever to track employee productivity and activity.  

ConstructionOnline introduced Company Scorecard, which serves to provide a point of visibility for all Company Employees and deliver comprehensive measures of users’ activity in the system. Company Scorecard currently tracks how users are engaging with different features and displays cumulative tallies of data creation, modification, completion, and more. Currently, features included on the Company Scorecard dashboard include To Dos, Punch Lists, Schedule Tasks, RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals, Files, Photos, and Project Logs, with additional features planned for future incorporation.

Additionally, ConstructionOnline recently added the ability for Company Employees to see who within their Company Account is online by adding Contact Icons in the top left of the ConstructionOnline screen. The icons display immediately upon login, allowing for real-time visibility of who else is working in the system and setting the stage for additional team collaboration and communication in the future.
