CO™ Mobile Update Notes (Version 5.0.10)

The latest version of CO™ Mobile (Version 5.0.10) is now available for download via Apple & Android app stores. ConstructionOnline Mobile is the powerful mobile app companion to UDA's industry-leading construction management software, ConstructionOnline.

DAILY LOGS

  • Advanced Daily Logging - Now Available for CO™ Mobile!
    • New Log Types, including:
      • Manpower Logs: Create, view, and/or edit in app
      • Scheduled Work Logs: View-Only in app
      • Scheduled Resources Logs: View-Only in app
      • Custom Log(s): Create, view, and/or edit in app
        • New Custom Log Types cannot be initially configured from within the mobile app - this can only be done by Company Admins through browser access to ConstructionOnline. However, all Custom Log Types saved for the Company are accessible for creating - and subsequently, viewing and/or editing - in CO Mobile. 
      • Required Logs
        • In app, users can now see which logs are required, how many logs have been created for the day, and/or if the day has been marked as "Complete."
      • Complete & Distribute functions available in app
        • Verify log entries for any selected day
        • Sign off with electronic signature
        • Mark Day as "Complete"
          • Once a day has been marked as "Complete," no new logs will be able to be created and no existing logs will be able to be edited. 
      • "Log Type Visibility" settings configured for the Company will be reflected in app under the "Create Log(s)" menu
      • Mobile Calendar display updated to accommodate newest logging updates:
        • Green background = Completed Days
        • Blue dots = All Required Logs Completed
        • Orange dots = Date with Logs
      • All Daily Logs are now accessible under "All Projects" display

PUNCH LISTS / CHECKLISTS

  • Updated app logic regarding permissions for Punch Lists and Checklists to ensure than any resource assigned and/or related to a Punch List, Checklist, Item, or Item Issue will have mobile access to the assigned object(s). 
    • Users not assigned/related to any Punch Lists, Checklists, Items, or Item Issues and who lack permissions for these features will not be permitted mobile access.
