CO™ Mobile Update Notes (Version 5.0.18)

The latest version of CO™ Mobile (Version 5.0.13) is now available for download via Apple Android app stores. ConstructionOnline Mobile is the powerful mobile app companion to UDA's industry-leading construction management software, ConstructionOnline.

WARRANTY TRACKING

With the recent release of Warranty Tracking on CO™ Mobile, UDA brings powerful enhancements to Appointments within the app:

  •  Admin Users and Company Users with the appropriate permissions can now Create, Edit, and Manage Service Appointments.
    • When creating new Appointments, these users will select the related Project, which must have an existing Warranty Issue to proceed. 
  • The Appointment creator can send a proposed Appointment Window email to the Service Provider(s) and/or Client. 
  • Authorized users can create and edit Service Appointments from: 
    • The Appointments tab under Warranty Tracking . 
    • "Appointments" within the "New Issue" screen that appears when creating a new Warranty Issue. 
    • "Appointments" within an existing Warranty Issue's screen during editing. 
  • Assigned Service Provider(s), TeamLink Users, and ClientLink Users can Confirm or Reject Appointment Arrival Windows.
  • Users with the necessary permissions can update the status of an Arrival Window and may choose to send a confirmation email about the change. 
  • Service Providers can add Notes / Details, Files, and Photos to a Warranty Appointment. 

PROJECTS

  •  Reviewed option to reactivate an Archived Project to verify that this functionality is exclusively available to Admin Users and/or Project Creators. 
  • Improved Project loading times and overall speed. 

MISC

  • Refined the display of the header navigation bar to occupy less screen space, improving users' landscape view.
    • Added an orange arrow indicator to show when the header acts as an interactive dropdown.
  • Optimized app performance to help identify a user's attachment location, accelerating login and image processing times.
  • Enhanced the camera sequence to correctly route users to the intended screen following receipt uploads. 
  • CO Mobile will now periodically prompt users for reviews, allowing them to provide valuable feedback to the app's development team.
