ConstructionOnline™ Expands Report Options Available for  Construction Invoices

Recent updates to UDA’s award-winning construction management software, ConstructionOnline™, enhance the process of generating and sharing reports for construction invoices and payments. Prioritizing flexibility and control, ConstructionOnline has expanded the customization options available when printing or emailing Detailed Invoices and Payments generated from an Estimate. 

With the latest enhancements, users can now choose from the following options with printing or emailing a Detailed Invoice or Payment that was originally generated from an Estimate: 

• Show category and item rows - This option, selected by default, displays a detailed view of both Estimate Categories and Line Item rows
• Only show category rows - Provides a summarized view, focused on broader Estimate Categories without individual Item details
• Only show item rows - Displays a focused view on Estimate Items, excluding their Category groupings 

These additional report and printing options empower construction companies who choose ConstructionOnline with the ability to customize the level of detail in their financial documents to match the needs of their audience or project.
