ConstructionOnline™ has rolled out updates to its [GamePlan™ task lists](https://us.constructiononline.com/construction-gameplan-task-list-software), expanding how teams distribute and coordinate task visibility. The enhancements deliver more flexible sharing and tailored email delivery options, helping teams align more effectively on planning and execution.

[GamePlan](https://us.constructiononline.com/construction-gameplan-task-list-software)—part of ConstructionOnline’s broader task and schedule management tools—helps teams organize, assign, and track project tasks in a centralized, accountable way. The latest improvements focus on expanding distribution and communication capabilities to match evolving team workflows.

#### Broader Visibility with Multi-User GamePlan™ Distribution

GamePlans can now be distributed to multiple Company Users, giving project teams greater visibility and improving coordination when sharing task lists.

This update supports more inclusive communication across teams, making it easier for leaders, foremen, and collaborators to stay informed and aligned on responsibilities, priorities, and next steps.

By enabling broader distribution, ConstructionOnline strengthens how [GamePlan ](https://us.constructiononline.com/construction-gameplan-task-list-software)helps teams track progress and maintain accountability across project roles.

#### Flexible Email Delivery for Team Workflows

Email delivery options in both **Manage GamePlan** and **Send Quick GamePlan **now support multiple recipients.

This allows teams to tailor distribution to their workflows, whether sharing directly with individuals responsible for specific tasks or broadcasting to groups who need to stay informed.

With multiple-recipient support, teams can refine communication around task lists, helping ensure the right people receive timely, actionable updates.

#### Supporting Task List Coordination Across Projects

Exclusively available in [ConstructionOnline](https://us.constructiononline.com/construction-scheduling-software-minitour#gameplan), GamePlan provides construction teams with a structured task list solution that connects planning to execution in ways traditional project management software often does not.

With expanded distribution and communication flexibility, these enhancements further reinforce its role as a distinctive coordination tool within the platform.
