ConstructionOnline Invoicing Now Available in CO™ Mobile

UDA Technologies announced the release of Invoicing for CO™ Mobile, bringing essential financial functionality to the mobile app and expanding access to key data for construction teams in the field. 

As part of the ConstructionOnline™ platform, Invoicing plays a central role in tracking project financials and maintaining visibility into project progress. With this latest update, users can now access invoice information directly from their mobile devices—ensuring that critical financial details remain available wherever work is taking place. 

Access & Review Invoices from Anywhere

With Invoicing now available in CO Mobile, construction professionals can view and track project invoices from their mobile devices. This expanded accessibility applies to Invoices across all statuses—Draft, Open, Overdue, and Paid—giving teams a complete picture of project financials at a glance. 

With Invoicing for CO Mobile, users can:

• View Invoice Details including Invoice Number, Due Date, Invoice Total, Balance, Paid to Date, Retainage, Terms, Notes, Attachments, and Payments
• Review Line Items included on each Invoice to quickly reference what's been billed and when
• Filter Invoices by Project, Date, Created, or Billed To for focused, project-specific visibility
• Sort Invoices alphanumerically by Invoice Number, Invoice Name, Date Created, Due Date, or Balance to quickly prioritize and organize data
• Search Invoices by Invoice Name or Number for fast, direct access to specific financial records

The addition of Invoicing to CO Mobile builds on ConstructionOnline's continued investment in financial tools across the platform.
