UDA Technologies continues to ensure the growth and stability of ConstructionOnline with several updates to usability and performance.

Key components of this week's updates include - 

#### ESTIMATING

- Updated API to optimize import of Actuals from QuickBooks desktop versions via Socket
- Selection tables in Estimate Proposals for 3-Level Estimates now include Selection description & Selection cost information
- Estimate Notes Report updated to include Takeoff Notes, alongside options to include General Notes, TeamLink Notes, & ClientLink Notes

#### LEAD TRACKING

- Modified Lead Event Details window to apply styling updates

#### OPPORTUNITIES

- Streamlined conversion from Opportunity to Project to account for instances where no Lead Contact/ClientLink Contact is designated

#### PORTALS

- Optimized "Hide Selection Costs and Allowances" option for ClientLink/TeamLink Portals to show/hide selection costs and allowance information on both the Client Selections view and the Project Overview (Selections Quick Link Button)

#### PUNCH LISTS

- Streamlined navigation from Punch Lists to Photostream and vice versa

#### SCHEDULING

- Instituted max duration of of 500 work days for ConstructionOnline Schedule Tasks  
  • Attempting to assign a longer duration triggers a notification informing the user of the limit & reverting the duration back to 500 work days
- Indent/Outdent options disabled when tasks selected in bulk

#### INVOICING

- Optimized the ordering of Invoices when sorted by Invoice Name

#### PROJECTS

- Enhanced responsiveness of Project Details window to automatically expand to full-screen mode if the browser falls below a certain width. 
- Users can customize Project Colors from the Company Projects list accessible from ConstructionOnline's Company Overview

#### GENERAL

- Improved options for dismissing ConstructionOnline Banners
- Optimized default theme & background settings for new ConstructionOnline accounts
