ConstructionOnline Publish Report for the Week of April 20, 2026

At the core of UDA Technologies is a commitment to continuous progress, with the ConstructionOnline™ Team regularly refining and enhancing the platform to meet the evolving needs of construction professionals worldwide. This week's updates include improvements across Calendars, Selections, Submittals, Time Tracking, and more. 

CALENDARS

• Project Calendar Settings now govern visibility for Schedule Tasks & Milestones and Calendar Events consistently, giving users precise control over how calendar items are displayed.   

CLIENT SELECTIONS

• Net Amount values in the ClientLink™ Portal now display with consistent color formatting across both the Summary and Details views:

  • Negative Net amounts display in green

  • Positive Net amounts display in red    

SUBMITTALS

• The Print All Submittals option now reliably generates a complete, fully populated report. 

TIME TRACKING 

• The Employee Time Sheet Summary now sorts date groups chronologically—rather than alphabetically—when ordered by date and grouped by project, making time data easier to read and review.

TO DOs

• To Do descriptions now retain updates made directly within the table, supporting more accurate task tracking across projects. 

MISC

• ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Invitations now resend as intended, keeping project communication moving without interruption.   

• Project list exports for Company Users now exclude any projects where the user is associated as a Basic User, ensuring exported data reflects relevant project involvement.
