ConstructionOnline Publish Report for the Week of April 27, 2026

To keep ConstructionOnline™ at the forefront of the construction management industry, innovation never stops at UDA Technologies. This week's release introduces Searchable, Tabbed File Selection for ConstructionOnline uploads, along with additional updates across Calendars, Reporting, Mobile, and more. 

FILES

New! Searchable, Tabbed File Selection is now available when uploading files from ConstructionOnline, streamlining the process of locating and selecting files directly within the File Upload window. 

• Files can now be searched by File Name, Folder, and Project/Opportunity

• Results are organized across four tabs: 

  • Project Files 
  • Opportunity Files 
  • Company Files 
  • My Files 
• The upload window automatically opens to the tab that reflects the user's current location within the platform. 

CALENDARS

• Recent enhancements to Calendars improve organization and visibility across Lead Events and Calendar Events. Updates include: 

  • Events now display in chronological order. 
  • Lead Event titles follow the format "Lead Meeting - Lead Name" for clearer identification
  • Event times now display beneath the event title

CHECKLISTS & PUNCH LISTS

• File Attachments for Item Issues are now supported for both Checklist Item Issues and Punch List Item Issues, giving teams a more complete way to document and track issues directly within the system.

COMPANY REPORTING 

• Detailed Proposal reports now display consistent styling, with improved title and subtitle indention and uniform right margins for a polished, professional output. 

• Profitability and WIP reports now include estimate classification data when the Report Detail Level is set to Classification. 

TAKEOFF

• Print orientation for Takeoff sheets now renders consistently across all print configurations. 

CO™ MOBILE

• Messages now send on the first attempt, supporting faster and more dependable team communication. 

• The contact selector now performs consistently across features, ensuring a smoother mobile experience. 
• Selection Choices save reliably when created or edited from the app
• Mobile users can now scroll the Trade list within Punch Lists and Checklists without interruption.
