SPECIAL RELEASE: NEW NAVIGATION
- ConstructionOnline's updated Navigation has been released!
- The primary element of this transition is the introduction of a menu-based navigation structure, with the addition of two new menus - the Project and Feature Selectors - to the Top Navigation Bar. These menus streamline the user experience by providing enhanced visual cues and directional labeling for more intuitive construction management in ConstructionOnline.
- Favorites: Users can star options in both the Project and Feature menus to create personalized shortcuts in the "Favorites" section for quick access.
- My Agenda: The new, action-oriented default landing page for all ConstructionOnline accounts brings all tasks, events, messages, and more into a single, easy-to-read dashboard, designed to help construction professionals more easily prioritize work.
- Users can personalize the display of their Agenda view by enabling, disabling, and rearranging available widgets. Users may also define custom accent colors for the individual feature widgets.
- The Left Sidebar has been reorganized to integrate an alternative pathway to Company-Level Features while keeping its powerful Project List launchpad with flexible sorting, filtering, and search options.
INVOICING
- Added a new option allowing users to create three-level invoices with Category, Subcategory, and Item details from three-level Estimates.
- The Estimate vs. Invoiced Report for a Project with multiple partial invoices consistently shows the accurate Total Invoiced to Date (%) and Total Invoiced to Date ($) values for Company Overhead & Margin, provided are broken out as separate line items.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Confirmed that an Opportunity's Estimate consistently duplicates with the Opportunity in all expected instances.
PHOTOSTREAM
- Enhanced the Photostream to enable users to download multiple Photos at once.
ACCOUNTING INTEGRATION
- For ConstructionOnline Company Accounts that have enabled accounting integration with QuickBooks™ Online, all Actuals are confirmed to import into ConstructionOnline from QuickBooks expenses. This applies to:
- Imported Actuals
- Committed Costs
- Invoiced Amounts
SCHEDULING
- Verified that Schedules created from Schedule Templates are correctly and completely included in Projects and Multi-Project Scheduling views.
CO™ MOBILE
- Admin Users and Company Users with the appropriate permissions can now Create, Edit, and Manage Warranty Appointments from within the app.
- Added an orange arrow indicator to show when the toolbar header acts as an interactive dropdown.
- The dropdown displays the current feature and Project that the user is working in and allows for seamless navigation between Projects while staying within the same feature set.
