UDA Technologies continues to invest in the speed & stability of ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates, enhancements, and new features added to the award-winning construction management software, including -

PROJECTS

  • Increased the size of the Scope of Work text box within the Project Details modal
    • The Scope of Work and Site Instructions text boxes within the Project Details modal now use the majority of the vertical space when in Full-Screen Mode
    • Additionally, current text box field heights are maintained when the modal is not in Full-Screen Mode

REPORTS

  • Added options to include Item Images and/or Descriptions on RFQ Reports

    • Options can be found by navigating to Financials > Financial Reports > Estimating Reports > Request for Quote
      • Within the Details tab, options for including Item Descriptions and Item Images are located underneath Report Options
        • If the Include Item Images option is enabled, the report will display images for Estimate Items that have image attachments
          • Images will populate on a secondary row under the related Estimate Item
          • This option is disabled for two-level Estimates
        • If the Include Item Descriptions option is enabled, the report will display Descriptions for Estimate Items that have Descriptions included
          • Descriptions will populate on a secondary row under the related Estimate Item 

ASSEMBLIES

  • Users can now duplicate Assemblies and Assembly Folders
    • Assemblies may only be duplicated within the same Costbook
    • Duplicating an Assembly Folder duplicates all of the Folder’s contents, including assemblies and subfolders

CHANGE ORDERS

  • Verified that ClientLink™ Contact addresses populate on Change Order Proposals in all instances 

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

  • Ensured Estimating vs. Invoiced Reports contain QuickBooks Actuals within Line Item calculations

INVOICING

  • Confirmed both the Estimate table and Paid to Date Reports render the correct calculations after modifying an Invoice to record a partial payment
