ConstructionOnline™ continues to evolve through ongoing enhancements that improve usability, streamline workflows, and deliver a more refined experience across the platform. This week's release introduces improvements to Files & Photos, Company Reporting, Messaging, and Photostream, along with additional enhancements across the platform.
FILES & PHOTOS
Several enhancements improve how teams organize, navigate, and manage project files throughout ConstructionOnline:
- Custom Image Navigation: Images viewed within the Image Preview window now follow each user's selected sort order when navigating through images using the Preview and Next arrows, providing a more consistent user experience.
- Extended Opportunity Access: Company Admin Users now have complete visibility and access to Opportunity Files when using the Upload Files from ConstructionOnline workflow, making it easier to organize and manage documentation across the entire project lifecycle.
- Refined Album Management: Non-Admin Company Users with minimum permissions of "Can View & Edit" can now consistently access albums they create immediately following album creation, supporting streamlined photo management for all users.
COMPANY REPORTING
- Expanded Contact Export: Contact Exports now include a Contact Type column, providing additional context for contact data outside of ConstructionOnline.
- Complete Selections Reports: All associated images now populate with consistency and completeness to the All Selections Report, ensuring comprehensive, reliable documentation.
- Improved Purchasing Export: Purchasing Exports have been optimized for faster generation and delivery, specifically in instances involving larger datasets.
MESSAGING
- Accurate Message Counts: The Project Overview Messaging quick link now displays the current number of project Messages, providing a more accurate, up-to-date snapshot of project communication.
PHOTOSTREAM
- Continuous Image Browsing: Photostream now supports infinite scrolling, allowing users to browse project photos continuously and eliminating load time delays and additional clicks.
