This week's release introduces Saved Views for Dynamic Tables, along with targeted updates across Change Orders, Company Reporting, Warranty Tracking, and more.
SAVED VIEWS
New! Saved Views are now available across ConstructionOnline, giving construction teams the power to save and instantly recall their preferred table layouts, visible columns, sorting, and filters across any Dynamic Table in the platform.
Saved Views are shared across the entire Company Account, allowing teams to build a shared library of table configurations—while each Company User retains individual control over their active view and favorites.
Key Capabilities Include:
- Save Complete Table Configurations: Saved Views capture visible columns, column order and width, sort settings, filters, layout type, and other table preferences, allowing the exact configuration to be applied with a single click at any time.
- Shared Company Library: Available across the Company Account, Saved Views help to promote consistency and standardized workflows for every team member using ConstructionOnline.
- Flexible View Management: Company Users with appropriate feature permissions can create, edit, and delete Saved Views, keeping table configurations up-to-date with project needs.
CHANGE ORDERS
- The Change Order Details extension blade now consistently populates all data for newly created Change Orders, ensuring all information is accurate and readily available from the very first view.
- Cost values shown within the Change Orders table now display with consistent rounding in all related views, contracts, and reports.
DAILY LOGGING
- Files selected from ConstructionOnline using the Search function can now be attached to Daily Logs for a smoother documentation workflow.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Open Opportunities now display a blank Closed Date when no date has been specifically entered.
CLIENTLINK™/ TEAMLINK™ PORTALS
- The Portal now loads the Project Image for each project, providing a user-friendly experience when navigating across multiple projects.
COMPANY REPORTING
- OnPoint™ Proposals now include the option to display pre-tax amounts, giving construction professionals greater flexibility in how pricing is presented to clients.
- Classification Reports now allow users to exclude rows without values, producing cleaner, more focused reports.
TAGS
- Tags are now available for Checklists and Punch Lists, expanding ConstructionOnline's custom labeling capabilities across project management and quality control workflows.
WARRANTY TRACKING
- Warranty Service Managers can be designated and updated directly from the Company Overview.
MISC
- The Company History Log now displays accurate activity for all Company Admin Users, ensuring a clear, dependable record of account activity.
