To bring users the latest cutting-edge capabilities and continue to lead the industry from a position of innovation, UDA regularly introduces significant updates to ConstructionOnline. This week's release of enhancements includes -
CONTACTS
- Enhanced Contact editing for Company Users by allowing Non-Admin Company Users (NACUs) to update the details of any non-company Contacts within the Company Contact List.
- To maintain data integrity, editing Lead Contact Details still requires edit-level Lead Tracking permissions if the Contact is solely a Lead and not associated with a Project Team.
FILES
- When applying a sort in Albums or Folders, folders will now consistently appear at the top, with files listed below. The selected sort order applies to both folders and files for a more organized, predictable viewing experience.
LEAD TRACKING
- Confirmed that the following Lead Tracking Filters apply correctly, including when used in combination:
*Lead Stages will continue to display in Report tables regardless of active filters, ensuring complete visibility*
MESSAGING
- Verified that Message drafts are correctly ordered when sorted by Date.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Confirmed that Opportunity Summary Reports accurately generate after saving edits to an Opportunity.
- Reviewed and verified that the following Dates save correctly and consistently when editing Opportunities:
- Opportunity Opened Date
- Bid Submitted Date
- Bid Due Date
PHOTOSTREAM
- Improved feature-level Photostreams to support multi-select actions, matching the functionality of the main Photostream. This update applies to Photostreams in:
- Punch Lists
- Checklists
- Daily Logging
- Time Tracking

COMPANY PROJECTS
- Confirmed that "Activity" tabs in the Project Timeline correctly populate with relevant events.
CLIENTLINK™/ TEAMLINK™ PORTAL
- Updated the Latest Photos widget to align with photostream styling for a more consistent and visually appealing experience.
TIME TRACKING
- Improved Time Tracking exports with enhanced grouping, ordering, and display options:
- Group and subgroup entries by None, Date, Project, Employee, and Cost Code, with subgrouping options dynamically adjusting based on primary Group By selection.
- Order entries by Date (default), Project, Employee, or Cost Code.
- Users can now choose to display time entries with detailed shift information (including time in/out and duration) or as a summary view (showing total hours).
