CONTACTS
- Tags have been added for ConstructionOnline Contacts.
- Tags are unique custom values that can be applied to various objects across any ConstructionOnline Company Account, enhancing data organization and tracking. Tags for ConstructionOnline Contacts can be accessed, applied, and managed from the "Contact Details" modal.
FILES
- Enhanced the Project Overview with new Quick Link tiles for Project Files and Photos.
- Files Tile: Shows the total number of Files and links to the "All Files" section of the Project.
- Photos Tile: Displays the total number of Photos and links to the "Project Albums" section of the Project.
COMPANY PROJECTS
- Ensured that performing inline edits to custom values within the Company Projects Table does not impact a Project's assigned Key Roles.
ONCOST™ PURCHASING
- Confirmed that Bills paid in full are consistently and correctly labeled as "Paid" in all appropriate instances.
- Expanded Purchasing permissions by introducing Project-level controls for Purchase Orders (POs), Bills, Payments, Expenses, and Receipts.
ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING
- Verified that Schedule Reports filtered by a date range accurately reflect data from the specified period.
- Keyboard shortcuts added for Undo/Redo -

TO DOS
- Reviewed and verified that users with appropriate permissions can view To Dos as expected across the ConstructionOnline platform.
REDLINE™
- New Magnification tool introduced to Redline.
- The Magnify tool is now available in the Redline toolbar, allowing users to zoom into specific areas of plans. It supports CTRL + mouse wheel for zoom control and offers an adjustable lens size.
- Enhanced Polygonal Shape Markup by allowing users to add anchor points to existing shapes, providing greater precision and flexibility in markups. This update applies to the following tools -

- Polygon Tool
- Refreshed Sheet Upload and Processing wizard with updated visuals, including -
- New animations
- Improved controls for previewing sheets and navigating duplicate sheet numbers
- The Rescan window now opens with the scanned area pre-selected and includes a toggle to switch between adjusting scan area and sheet position
- The checkbox for confirming sheet numbers has been updated to a toggle
COMPANY REPORTING
- Improved Time Tracking Reports with new grouping and display options.
- Added the ability to group and subgroup entries by None, Date, Project, Employee, and Cost Code. The subgrouping options dynamically adjust based on the primary Group By selection.
- Users can now choose to display time entries with detailed shift information (including time in/out and duration) or as a summary view (showing total hours).
MISC
- Implemented several backend improvements to enhance overall software performance.
