WARRANTY TRACKING
- Warranty Tracking is now available for the ClientLink and/or TeamLink Portals
- In the ClientLink Portal, when access to Warranty Tracking is enabled, clients may submit service requests, view warranty issue details, and see service appointment dates & arrival windows.
- In the TeamLink Portal, when access to Warranty Tracking is enabled, subcontractors can view warranty issue details and can access service appointment details, including dates & arrival windows.
- Option to allow TeamLink Users to view all Warranty Issues and Appointments, or only those they are assigned to
- Option to allow TeamLink users to view all Warranties
- Updated setup sequence for Warranty Tracking, offering users an option to skip the “Create Warranty” step during initial configuration
- Added support for longer Warranty Names to be displayed in the Warranty Tracking blade, including additional hover-over display to provide access to the entirety of any truncated Warranty Name.
CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ PORTAL
- ConstructionOnline’s Daily Logging PhotoStream is now available in the ClientLink and/or TeamLink Portals.
- In the ClientLink Portal, when access to the Daily Logging PhotoStream is enabled, clients will see all Daily Log Photos.
- In the TeamLink Portal, when access to the Daily Logging PhotoStream is enabled, subcontractors will see all Daily Log Photos associated to the Logs they have access to.
- If “all log entries” are visible for TeamLink Users, then all Daily Log Photos will be included in the PhotoStream.
- If “all log entries” are not visible for TeamLink Users, then only the photos associated with logs they’ve created will be included in the PhotoStream.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
- Updated options for creating GamePlans successfully from the Company Overview.
DAILY LOGGING
- Non-Admin Company Users (NACUs) with “Create, Edit, & Delete” permissions for Daily Logs may Create, View, and Delete Log Reminders for themselves and other NACUs.
CLIENT SELECTIONS
- Streamlined system logic to ensure consistent success in instances where clients attempt to “Approve” Selection Choices via the ClientLink Portal.
TIME TRACKING
- In all instances, clicking on new location pins within Time Tracking opens up the map view for the pinned location.
