Enhanced Contact Filters Added to Project Summary Report in ConstructionOnline™

ConstructionOnline™ continues to deliver industry-leading project reporting with powerful new enhancements to the Project Summary Report, giving construction professionals greater control over the team data included in their reports.

With this latest update, users can now customize which project contacts appear on the Project Summary Report by selecting specific contact types. A new "Project Team Details" section has been added to the Project Summary modal, located beneath the "General Project Details" section, allowing for easy inclusion or exclusion of team members.

The new contact filter options include checkbox controls for the following contact types:

  • Company Employees
  • ClientLink Users
  • TeamLink Users
  • Basic Contacts
  • Additional Contacts

All options are selected by default, ensuring comprehensive reporting out of the box, while still offering the flexibility to tailor the report to suit project-specific needs.

Additionally, a new default text tab has been added to the Project Summary modal, streamlining customization and improving the user experience.

These enhancements further strengthen ConstructionOnline’s commitment to efficient, transparent project communication—equipping construction teams with the tools they need to generate accurate, tailored reports that reflect the exact structure of their project teams.
