With settings now available for Subcategory Defaults, Classification Markups, and Estimate Locks, [ConstructionOnline](https://us.constructiononline.com/) delivers options to fit every construction company’s estimating preferences.

- **New Subcategory Defaults** enable users to set default settings for the Unit, Status, and Markup Type that will apply to new estimate subcategories.
- **New Classification Markups** let users define specific markup settings for line items classified as Material, Labor, Subcontractor, Equipment, and Other.
- **New Estimate Locks** give users better control over estimate data, by providing options for blocking edits on “locked” estimate details.
