Industry professionals using ConstructionOnline now have access to a host of new settings related to estimate taxes. These new tax options allow users to add their own tax types and subtypes to fit any country or region. With this update, ConstructionOnline has added the following game-changing enhancements:

• Country Specific Tax Types: US, UK, Canada, Australia, and more
• Customizable Tax Types: GST, PST, HST, VAT, Federal, State, Local
• Custom Tax Calculation Methods: Tax then Markup, Markup then Tax, or Calculate Separately
• NEW Tax Columns: Type, Percentage, Total

Tax types can include classification-based taxes for items designated as material, labor, subcontractor, equipment, or other - all designed to match estimate classifications. Users will have complete control over how their taxes are set up, and can add further detail with sub-types that can be utilized for local, county, and state taxes.
