With this latest update, teams can now create, edit, and document meetings directly from their mobile devices—ensuring communication and coordination remain seamless, whether in the office or on the jobsite.
The Meeting Minutes feature is a powerful cornerstone of project documentation within ConstructionOnline’s browser platform. Now, that same capability is available in the field—enabling users to efficiently record discussions, track action items, and maintain accountability on the go.
With Meeting Minutes for CO Mobile, users can:
Create, Edit, and Manage Meetings directly within the app, including full control over Agenda Categories, Agenda Items, and Action Items.
Maintain Consistency Across Platforms, with identical functionality and behavior between CO Mobile and ConstructionOnline based on each meeting’s Stage and Mode.
Access Meetings Effortlessly, either through the Meetings feature or the Calendar (when filtered to include meetings).
Document and Review Action Items, from within a meeting’s Agenda / Minutes tab or through the main Action Items feature.
The new mobile Meeting Minutes tool mirrors the organization, structure, and efficiency that ConstructionOnline users expect—while offering the flexibility teams need in the field.

Available for companies with active Commercial or Multi-Family subscriptions at the Team, Business, and Enterprise levels.
Offered as a Per-Company Add-On for all other plans.
Access and functionality depend on individual employee Permission Settings for Meeting Minutes (under Project Tracking).
