New Sort Options Enhance Schedule Print Views in ConstructionOnline™

Written by UDA Corporate Newsroom | May 23, 2025

ConstructionOnline has introduced new enhancements to the platform's Schedule Print options, offering users greater control and flexibility when organizing printed project schedules. This latest update includes expanded sort options that allow schedule tasks to be sorted by Name, Number, Start Date, and/or End Date, ensuring that printed views reflect the exact order and structure most useful to construction teams and stakeholders.

The Schedule Print feature in ConstructionOnline has long been a key tool for sharing detailed project timelines with clients, subcontractors, investors, and other construction team members. With this new update, users can now tailor the order in which tasks appear on printed schedules to better align with specific project needs, reporting preferences, team roles, or stakeholder expectations.

Whether preparing high-level summaries for executive review or detailed breakdowns for on-site coordination, users can now select from the following task sort options for printed schedules:

  • Name: Alphabetically organizes tasks for quick reference
  • Number: Displays tasks in their assigned numeric sequence
  • Start Date: Lists tasks in chronological order based on their start date
  • End Date: Orders tasks by their projected completion date

These additional sorting capabilities further ConstructionOnline's mission to provide powerful, user-friendly project management tools that streamline communication, enhance visibility, and improve project outcomes across the construction industry.

This update is now available to all ConstructionOnline users with access to OnPlan™ Scheduling.
