ConstructionOnline™ has introduced Saved Views for Dynamic Tables, giving construction teams a faster, more consistent way to access the table configurations they rely on most.
With Saved Views, users can save and instantly recall preferred table setups across ConstructionOnline, including visible columns, column order, column widths, sort settings, filters, and table layout. Instead of rebuilding the same view each time a feature is accessed, users can apply a saved setup with a single click—helping teams move more efficiently through the information that matters most.
Saved Views are shared across the entire Company Account, allowing teams to create a centralized library of table configurations that support common workflows, reporting needs, and project management standards.
This makes it easier for companies to establish consistent ways of reviewing project data across teams and projects. Whether organizing Change Orders by approval status, reviewing To Dos by priority, filtering Contacts by trade, or managing Company Projects with an eye on key data points, Saved Views help ensure important information is accessible and available in a format that supports the work being done.
At the same time, each Company User retains control over their active view and favorite views, allowing individual team members to customize viewing configurations to best suit their role.
When a Saved View is created, ConstructionOnline captures the current Dynamic Table configuration, including:
Once saved, that configuration can be reapplied to the table at any time. Company Users with appropriate feature permissions can create, edit, and delete Saved Views, helping teams keep table configurations accurate, useful, and aligned with evolving project workflows.
Dynamic Tables throughout ConstructionOnline are designed to give users powerful control over how project information is displayed and managed. Saved Views build on that flexibility by making customized table setups easier to share, standardize, and reuse.
For construction teams managing large volumes of project data, this update reduces repetitive setup, supports more consistent reporting, and helps users quickly focus on the information most relevant to the current task at hand.
By bringing Saved Views to Dynamic Tables across the platform, ConstructionOnline continues to improve how construction professionals organize, analyze, and act on project information—helping teams work with greater speed, consistency, and confidence.
