UDA recently announced the addition of a new method for sharing ConstructionOnline Reports via Messaging - the platform’s built-in communication solution. Company Users will find this new option conveniently available alongside other options in the “Share” menu for ConstructionOnline Reports.
ConstructionOnline offers an extensive library of professional, customizable construction reports which can be quickly and easily generated using construction project data available in the platform. When finalized, all varieties of ConstructionOnline Reports can be easily saved to any File location in ConstructionOnline, downloaded as PDFs, printed for distribution, or shared via integrated cloud storage, email, and now - ConstructionOnline Messaging.
ConstructionOnline Messaging streamlines communication by centralizing all conversations in a single platform, providing intelligent project-centric organization for conversation threads, and securely storing correspondence for easy reference. While Attachments have always been supported for Messages in the platform, the new direct option to Share Report via ConstructionOnline Message provides a more intuitive, efficient solution for this popular method of communication.
Reports shared via ConstructionOnline Message will be available as Attachments directly in the appropriate conversation thread. Additionally, Reports shared via ConstructionOnline Message will be included as Attachments on the built-in email notifications that are delivered to recipients when a message is sent through ConstructionOnline. In both instances, recipients will be able to easily view, download, and reply.
