The latest updates include - 

#### COMPANY REPORTING

- **Autodoc™ Fields **added for ConstructionOnline's ***Default Text Blocks***.   
    - Conveniently modeled after the [Custom Autodoc Fields](https://news.constructiononline.com/introducing-custom-autodoc-fields-constructiononlines-solution-for-enhanced-project-communication-0) previously implemented within reminder settings for ConstructionOnline's Permit Tracking, Insurance & Certificates, and Requests for Information (RFIs). 
    - Users can quickly populate text blocks with appropriate contact and project information, expanding the utility of the text. Upon including the text block within ConstructionOnline documents and reports, the** Autodoc Fields** are automatically replaced with the relevant information. 
    - Company Users can access **Custom Autodoc Fields** by navigating to the **Account Settings Menu**, selecting ***Default Text Blocks*** under ***Company Settings***, and locating the orange **Autodoc** icon on the editing toolbar of the Selected Block Content. 
- Confirmed that the **Estimate vs. Invoiced Report** correctly pulls *manually* entered invoice values. 
- Ensured that creating a new Message conversation using the "Share" option in the report TXEditor no longer disrupts adding attachments to the new thread. 

#### INSURANCE & CERTIFICATES 

- Added the option to ***Print***** *Reports* **for Insurance, Licenses, Bonds, or Certifications.

#### **ONCOST™ ESTIMATING**

- Updated ***Estimate Options*** to allow users to **apply uniform resources to all items within a subcategory**. 
- Reviewed and verified that Labor/Labour items are correctly classified in Estimate line items, regardless of the spelling. 

#### REDLINE™

- New **layering controls** introduced for construction **redline drawings**, including the powerful option to hide entire layers and their associated drawings.  

#### FILES 

- Added a new sort parameter to **files**, allowing users to sort by **file size*** *in the following features -  
    - **Company Files **
    - **Trash **
    - **My Files **
    - **All Files ** 
          - Within Projects and Opportunities 
    - **ClientLink Files **
    - **TeamLink Files **

#### ANNOUNCEMENTS 

- Added the option to **export Announcements to Excel**. 

#### CONTACTS 

- Admin Users now exclusively manage the creation of new Company Employee Contacts. This update helps provide more efficient user management and robust security, ensuring accurate control over permissions across the Company Account. 
- Reviewed and verified that Admin Users can successfully and consistently remove Company Contacts from Projects. 

#### INVOICING 

- Confirmed the accurate calculation and proper display of ***tax totals*** on **printed invoices**. 

#### CLIENTLINK/TEAMLINK PORTALS

- Updated ClientLink / TeamLink** Requests for Information *Permissions* **to include the ability for these users to **mark RFIs as Resolved or Unresolved**. 

#### MESSAGES 

- Confirmed proper email notification delivery for all Contacts **Bcc'd** on Conversations. 

#### COMPANY PROJECTS 

- Added new search parameters for **Company Projects**, allowing users to search by -  
    - **Name **
    - **Number**
    - **Address **
    - **City **
    - **State / Province**
    - **Zip / Postal Code**
- Verified that users may successfully set Project Type as ***"None"*** from within the **"All Projects"** dynamic table.** **

#### OPPORTUNITIES

- Confirmed that creating a **new Opportunity from a Template** correctly and consistently saves the value selected for **Opportunity Won Reason** or **Opportunity Lost Reason**, when applicable.
