UDA Technologies continues to invest in the growth and stability of ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates & new enhancements, including -

INVOICING

•  Users can now create and set Custom Terms for an Invoice's Due Date
  •  A Settings Gear now appears next to the Term label in the Invoice modal
  •  Clicking on the Gear opens the Term List modal
  •  The user may not Edit or Delete Default Terms
  •  Clicking the "Add New Term" option opens the New Term modal
  •  Non-default terms have a link-colored name and pointer cursor on hover
  •  Clicking the name of a Custom Term opens the Edit Term modal
  •  Clicking the "X" next to a Custom Term warns the user about Deleting the Term
  •  After Adding a New Term, the Term List scrolls to the bottom to show the New Term available as an option
  •  After closing the Term List modal, the Term Selector in the Invoice modal updates to reflect any changes to available Terms
  •  If you Edit the Term that is currently selected in the Invoice modal, the Due Date changes to reflect entered changes

REPORTS

•  Added the Classification Report for Estimating to Financial Reports

REDLINE™ FILES

•  Optimized generation and display of PDF thumbnails for files uploaded to Redline™ Planroom and Redline™ Takeoff

NOTIFICATIONS

•  Company Users with Client Selections permissions will now receive automatic notifications when - 
  •  A New Choice is Added
  •  A Selection Choice is Approved by Client
  •  A Selection Choice is Approved Internally

PUNCH LISTS

•  Revised the Punch List Report so that the Punch List Item Details populate to a table under the Item Notes

TRANSMITTALS

•  Improved Transmittal load times to optimize system performance specifically in regards to large data sets

ESTIMATING

•  Cost Codes are now included in the Estimate Export so long as the Estimate is not Exported for Import
  •  If an Estimate category, subcategory, and/or item has an assigned Cost Code, then the Cost Code is displayed on the Estimate Excel Export when the Cost Code column is visible

MESSAGES

•  Updated the Contact Selector use for Messaging in CO™ Mobile. Tapping a Contact selects that Contact (indicated by a checkmark), while tapping a selected Contact deselects that Contact. Multiple Contacts can be selected at a time, and the user confirms the selection with an action button in the top right of the screen. 
  •  Easier to add multiple Contacts as recipients
  •  Enhanced clarity on which Contacts have been added as recipients
  •  Recipients can be adjusted without the message having to be deleted

PROJECT TIMELINES

•  Enhanced system accommodations for Call Logs related to deleted Contacts to ensure complete, efficient loading of Project Timelines

REDLINE™ PLANROOM

•  Sheet Names can now be edited for Sheets that have revisions
