UDA Technologies will observe an adjusted holiday schedule over the coming weeks in celebration of the winter holidays.

With the introduction of the new & improved Resource Center on the ConstructionOnline™ website, the ConstructionOnline Team is able to offer an expanded library of free construction resources. ConstructionOnline's Resource Center compiles a variety of different informational resources into a single online location, making it easy to access and convenient to share.

UDA Technologies will be  closed Monday, December 23 through Wednesday, December 25 in observance of the Christmas holiday and December 31 through January 1 in observance of the New Year holiday. The UDA Customer Service & Support Team will have limited availability via live chat and email throughout the remainder of the holiday weeks.

As a part of a continued campaign to make support resources more readily accessible for ConstructionOnline™ Users, UDA recently released an update presenting best practice documentation within the Redline™ Plan upload sequence. A stand-out green icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the upload window signifies “Best practices for uploading your plans," and users can click the hyperlinked text at any point during the upload sequence to access the Redline Planroom Sheet Requirements article in ConstructionOnline’s Knowledge Base.
