As a part of a continued campaign to make support resources more readily accessible for ConstructionOnline™ Users, UDA recently released an update presenting best practice documentation within the Redline™ Plan upload sequence. A stand-out green icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the upload window signifies “Best practices for uploading your plans," and users can click the hyperlinked text at any point during the upload sequence to access the Redline Planroom Sheet Requirements article in ConstructionOnline’s Knowledge Base.

UDA Technologies recently released an expanded version of the Latest News blade in ConstructionOnline™ featuring a new Help & Support tab. ConstructionOnline™ Users will find the new tab—which can be accessed through the red “Help” button or bell icon in the top right corner of the platform—detailing five different support options available to them. These options include:

ConstructionOnline™ Users can now find a “Schedule Training” link within the platform by clicking the “Help” button next to the Company Dropdown menu. This will take users to ConstructionOnline.com where they can schedule one-on-one training and support sessions.
