ConstructionOnline™ has announced new enhancements to the TeamLink Portal, extending critical project collaboration tools to subcontractors, vendors, and external partner working alongside internal teams. 

ConstructionOnline continues to enhance its powerful new Bid Tracking feature with additional tools designed to help construction teams organize bidding activity, reduce manual work, and move from bid review to project collaboration more efficiently.

The ConstructionOnline™ Team is excited to announce a new enhancement to TeamLink™ Portals, expanding access to OnCost™ Purchasing for subcontractors and vendors. This update connects TeamLink and OnCost Purchasing—delivering faster, more collaborative workflows for construction teams.

A recent update to ConstructionOnline™ introduces the ability for TeamLink™ Contacts to create construction Submittals directly through the ConstructionOnline TeamLink Portal. With this update, companies can enable the capability for subcontractors, vendors, and other third-party partners, expanding collaboration and communication for all project stakeholders. 

The ConstructionOnline Team recently announced the release of the "All Projects" view for My Agenda within ConstructionOnline's convenient ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Portals. This new addition expands the functionality of My Agenda by offering clients and subcontractors an intuitive, centralized summary of tasks and items requiring attention across all ConstructionOnline Projects to which they are associated. 

The ConstructionOnline Team is excited to highlight the latest round of enhancements for ConstructionOnline's ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Portals, designed to offer greater visibility and convenience to construction clients and subcontractors alike. With expanded online access to key project information, these updates reinforce ConstructionOnline's commitment to improving collaboration and transparency for all project stakeholders. 

As part of ongoing efforts to improve platform usability and provide a more intuitive user experience, ConstructionOnline™ recently released a new & improved layout for ClientLink/TeamLink Settings - which control the project information construction clients and subcontractors can access when logging in through the Public Profile.

Well-known for providing construction professionals with the software solutions needed to manage their projects efficiently, ConstructionOnline™ is excited to announce the latest enhancement geared toward subcontractor communication and schedule management. In response to highly-valued client feedback, ConstructionOnline has added the ability for construction companies to grant TeamLink™ Users permission to mark OnPlan™ Schedule Tasks as “Complete” from the Project Portal. 

ConstructionOnline™ is excited to introduce additional Project controls that allow Company Administrators and Project Creators to fine-tune project visibility for ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Users. Located within the Project Status tab of the Project Details modal, Company Administrators and Project Creators will now find the following updates alongside established Project Status controls - 

Known as the hub for construction communication and collaboration, ConstructionOnline™ provides construction companies with Project Portals where they can invite clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other Project Team members to stay up-to-date on construction project information. ConstructionOnline™ provides two unique designations for both ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Contacts where Company Users can customize what information is available within each Portal. 

Continuing to increase the flexibility & efficiency in which construction companies can communicate project information with their clients & team members, ConstructionOnline™ recently announced additional ClientLink™  & TeamLink™ permissions options available with ConstructionOnline™ 2023. 

ConstructionOnline™ Users will find updates to the language and styling of the ClientLink™ / TeamLink™ Settings modal that improve clarity & usability for Company Users. New modal styling options include:
