This new addition expands the functionality of My Agenda by offering clients and subcontractors an intuitive, centralized summary of tasks and items requiring attention across all ConstructionOnline Projects to which they are associated.
Originally released in April 2025 for clients & subcontractors on an individual project basis, the My Agenda dashboard was designed to give project team members clear visibility into their responsibilities and upcoming activities. With the launch of the "All Projects" view, users with multiple project assignments can now quickly access their workload, deadlines, and progress items in a single, easy-to-read location.
The new All Projects view within My Agenda includes:
- Consolidated task summaries across all assigned projects
- Priority notifications for overdue or upcoming items
- Streamlined interface for faster navigation and response
- Improved visibility for all upcoming, overdue, and pending activities
Accessible through the secure ClientLink and TeamLink Portals, My Agenda's new view supports ConstructionOnline's ongoing mission to improve collaboration and transparency across construction project teams, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
