With the latest update to Company Costbooks, ConstructionOnline™ is giving construction teams new ways to keep cost information current, organized, and easier to manage over time. 

ConstructionOnline™ has introduced new enhancements to its Change Order functionality, highlighted by integrated Costbook support within Multi-Line Change Orders. The update strengthens job cost accuracy and improves efficiency when documenting project changes.

The ConstructionOnline Team is excited to announce a powerful new update to ConstructionOnline, giving users easy, drag-and-drop control over the organization of Company Costbooks and Assemblies. The ability to reorder items and folders within Costbooks and Assemblies offers greater flexibility, faster access to critical data, and improved organization across estimating workflows. 

UDA is pleased to announce new Filter options for ConstructionOnline™ Company Costbook Items and Assemblies. Company Users will now find Classification, Purchase Unit, and Unit of Measure Filters available for Costbook Items. Additionally, they can find Unit of Measure and Takeoff Measurement Type Filters available for Assemblies. 

UDA is excited to announce a new functionality for ConstructionOnline™ that enables users to include Assemblies & Assembly Folders when duplicating Company Costbooks. This powerful addition enhances the flexibility and efficiency of cost management within the industry-leading construction management platform. 

UDA Technologies is excited to announce the added ability for ConstructionOnline™ Users to automatically link all Estimate Items to a newly created Costbook when creating a new Costbook from an Estimate. Users will find two new controls within the Create New Costbook from Estimate modal including options to:

Released in early 2022, Costbook Assemblies were engineered so that users could group Costbook Items into preconfigured sets—or “assemblies”—that could be easily applied to construction takeoffs and inserted into construction estimates.
