UDA Technologies has recently unveiled an update to ConstructionOnline™ Invoicing, enabling Company Users to export construction Invoices and related Payments to Excel. This straightforward and convenient export feature enhances construction teams' capabilities to efficiently share and manage financial data.

As a part of its ongoing commitment to improving financial tracking capabilities, ConstructionOnline™ is pleased to now offer the ability to include Approved Change Orders and Client Selections on the Estimate vs. Invoiced Report. This new customization option provides construction professionals with more flexibility and precision in tracking their project finances and allows for more comprehensive reporting and analysis company wide.

UDA is excited to announce a new Excel export option added to ConstructionOnline’s robust library of construction financial reports. Similar to the Estimate Units Report, the new Export Estimate Breakdown to Excel option provides companies with a way to quickly generate a breakdown of the Custom Values columns found within project estimates into an Excel file for greater insight into their project financials. 

ConstructionOnline™ is proud to announce the recent addition of two new financial reports for OnCost™ Estimating - the Room Summary Report and the Phase Summary Report. Following the addition of the Room & Phase columns for construction estimates as part of ConstructionOnline™ 2024, these new financial reports further empower construction professionals to access focused, detailed breakdowns of construction project costs. 

In response to highly-valued customer feedback, ConstructionOnline™ has added the ability to “Include Items with Zero Adjusted Cost” on the Estimate vs. Actual Report. This update offers construction companies greater flexibility and insight into their project finances by allowing them to display estimate items with no adjusted costs on their Estimate vs. Actual Reports to determine if they billed for items that were not originally in the estimate.

Previously, Classification Reports were exclusively available for ConstructionOnline Projects. 

UDA Technologies recently announced the introduction of a new option that allows for users to export all Company Change Orders to Microsoft Excel in a single document. The addition of this option to ConstructionOnline’s robust library of Financial Reports empowers construction pros with the flexibility to do more with the detailed Change Order data compiled in ConstructionOnline. 

UDA is excited to announce the addition of the Subcontractor Agreement to ConstructionOnline’s robust library of Financial Reports. Now available within the Estimating Reports category, the Subcontractor Agreement allows construction companies to create contracts specifically for subcontractor materials and labor from Estimate Items or from Non-Estimate Line Items.

Adding to ConstructionOnline’s powerful change order software, UDA Technologies has released a new Reason for Rejection field available for Change Orders that have been rejected in ConstructionOnline™. The new field now displays when a Company or ClientLink™ User chooses to reject a Change Order—providing a designated space where they can document the reason(s) why the Change Order is being rejected. These details are then safely stored alongside all other Change Order information within ConstructionOnline™ and can be edited if necessary.
