ConstructionOnline™ Introduces New Subcontractor Agreement

UDA is excited to announce the addition of the Subcontractor Agreement to ConstructionOnline’s robust library of Financial Reports. Now available within the Estimating Reports category, the Subcontractor Agreement allows construction companies to create contracts specifically for subcontractor materials and labor from Estimate Items or from Non-Estimate Line Items.

By default, the Subcontractor Agreement will choose to populate the report with Estimate Items, which can be Filtered by Classification or Resource and individually selected within the report wizard’s “Included Items” dynamic table. Additionally, construction pros can customize their contracts by choosing what Estimate columns to display, selecting from three different Document Density options, inserting Default Text Blocks, and adding custom-branded Headers & Footers.
