Recent updates to ConstructionOnline™, the industry’s #1 rated construction management software, include the addition of Contact Notes to the Contact Timeline. Mirroring the functionality and appearance of Lead Notes on the Lead Timeline, ConstructionOnline Users will now find that any Notes attached to their various Contacts will appear on the Contact Activity Timeline—boosting the visibility and accessibility of their contact information.

Recent updates to ConstructionOnline’s bi-directional planning and takeoff software powerhouse feature set now include pagination controls for Version Sets. This update allows users with more than 25 Redline™ Version Sets in a single ConstructionOnline Project to easily access all of their Version Sets, enhancing the user experience and improving project management efficiency.

UDA is excited to introduce the new Auto-Shift™ Mode for ConstructionOnline’s OnPlan™ Scheduling. This innovative addition to the world’s fastest online scheduling further automates construction schedule task management in ConstructionOnline™ while improving the accuracy of schedule records. 

UDA is excited to announce the addition of Subcontractor Agreements for Client Selections and Change Orders to ConstructionOnline’s extensive library of Financial Reports. These two reporting options empower construction firms to easily create contracts specifically tailored for their subcontractors that enhance project efficiency, accountability, and profitability. 

ConstructionOnline is excited to announce a new reminder system put in place for its Requests for Information (RFI) Tracking feature. Similar to the reminder systems in place for ConstructionOnline Permit Tracking and Insurance & Certificate Tracking, the new RFI reminder settings offer users two core functions: the ability to manage custom email templates and the ability to set up automated reminders. 

UDA is pleased to announce the ability to designate a layer as a target destination when duplicating takeoff measurements in ConstructionOnline’s easy-to-use takeoff tool—Redline™ Takeoff. This new functionality further streamlines the takeoff process, giving construction pros more control and flexibility when working with their plans in ConstructionOnline. 

UDA ConstructionOnline recently announced the ability to include Permits and Insurance & Certificates when duplicating a ConstructionOnline Project. These two new modules, released at the beginning of this year, offer construction companies the ability to document and manage construction permits, insurance policies, licenses, bonds, and certificates right alongside other critical project data. 

UDA is excited to announce new filter and customization options available for construction companies generating Schedule Reports from ConstructionOnline. When “All Schedules” are selected to be included on the Group Completion Report, Company Users will find they can filter the report by Project Type, Group, Stage, Category, Office, Division, and/or Region. 

Recent updates to UDA’s award-winning construction management platform, ConstructionOnline™, offer improved photo management for construction companies. Adding to an extensive list of existing sorting options, ConstructionOnline now provides users with the ability to sort their Photo Albums by “Date Taken”. This additional option gives users greater flexibility and organizational opportunities, ensuring their project photos are easily accessible and arranged according to their preferences. 

As a part of a continuous campaign to revolutionize how data is displayed, managed, and utilized across the platform, ConstructionOnline has recently updated the Company Projects list to feature a new dynamic table. Joining Permit Tracking, Insurance & Certificate Tracking, and Companies, the Company Projects table now showcases ConstructionOnline’s innovative solution for data management and organization. 

UDA Technologies recently announced the ability to make OnCost™ Estimates visible to ClientLink™ Users within ConstructionOnline’s Project Portal. In response to client feedback and an increase in construction companies offering open book/cost plus contracts to their clients, UDA has added the ability to make construction estimates available to clients in a View-Only capacity available for select companies on a case-by-case basis. 

UDA recently announced a new Trash bin available for Project, Estimate, and Schedule Templates in ConstructionOnline. Functioning similar to the Trash bin available for ConstructionOnline Requests for Information (RFIs), UDA has updated each Template command center to now include separate areas for Active and Trashed Templates.

UDA is excited to announce a powerful new option available for ConstructionOnline™ Files and Photos. ConstructionOnline Users will now find they have the ability to rename files and photos within Attachments tabs across the platform. With this update, users gain the flexibility to manage files and photo names without having to navigate away from where they are currently working—improving the organization and accessibility of documentation across ConstructionOnline. 

Recent updates to UDA’s award-winning construction management platform, ConstructionOnline™, offer improved management of cloud-based selection sheets for construction companies. ConstructionOnline Company Users will now find a brand-new “Internal Notes” field within the Selection Choice level of their Client Selections. 

UDA has released a series of additional filter options to ConstructionOnline’s Request for Information (RFI) Summary Report. In addition to filtering by Project, individual or all RFIs, Status and/or Trade, Company Users can now filter their RFI Summary Reports by Author, Recipient, Assigned Resource, and Complexity. This update builds on the customization options in place when generating professionally-branded summaries of RFI documentation from ConstructionOnline. 

ConstructionOnline™ recently released a new “Last Edited” timestamp for its award-winning construction estimating platform - OnCost™ Estimating. Company Users will now find the “Last Edited” label, which displays the exact date and time of the last edits made to the current estimate, at the top of OnCost Estimating within the Estimate Summary pane. 

UDA ConstructionOnline™ recently released new report options for select Daily Log Reports. This most recent update gives users the option to display Cost Codes associated with log entries alongside additional details on ConstructionOnline's comprehensive, professional reports. 

ConstructionOnline™ recently announced new Custom Breakdowns options made available to its state-of-the-art OnPoint™ Proposal Wizard. Following the recent addition of Room, Phase, Stage, Trade, Type, Group, Floor, and Building columns to OnCost™ Estimates, ConstructionOnline continues to build powerful ways to utilize the data stored in these estimate columns with the ability to display their information on construction proposals.
