   1. Create construction POs directly from construction Estimates and approved Change Orders in ConstructionOnline.
   2. Streamline the purchasing workflow with automated options for  Work Verification and PO Approval.
   3. Track POs from start to finish with dynamic table views & flexible filters for Approval Status, Payment Status, PO Type, and more.

2. Bills

   1. Generate Bills from construction POs, Expense logs, and Receipts. 
   2. Amend Bills with custom additional items as needed to ensure that all job costs are accurately captured. 
   3. Gain real-time visibility into project finances and take control of project cash flow.

3. Receipts

   1. Upload and save all project receipts in a centralized, secure online location. 
   2. Capture a photo of any paper receipt to log the expenditure alongside other project costs, or enter Receipt Details manually as needed.
   3. Easily link Receipts to associated Bills and record related Payments. 

4. Expenses

   1. Log Expenses not accounted for with a Bill or Receipt to maintain an accurate record of project expenditures. 
   2. Track incidental expenses to improve awareness about where projects are incurring additional costs. 
   3. Associate Expenses to project Bills and/or Payments as needed.

5. Payments

   1. Record Payments made towards construction Purchase Orders, Bills, Receipts, and Expenses. 
   2. Easily flag POs & Bills that are “Ready for Payment” with ConstructionOnline’s intuitive purchasing workflow. 
   3. Get instant insights on paid to date amounts, remaining balances, and more with automatic calculations that populate directly to convenient dashboards and integrated estimate reporting.
