Reopen and Revisit: ConstructionOnline Introduces New Feature for RFI Tracking

Construction Requests for Information (RFIs) | UDA ConstructionOnline | RFI Tracking Software | Construction Management Software

UDA is pleased to announce the ability to reopen resolved Requests for Information (RFIs) in its industry-leading construction management software platform. This powerful enhancement provides greater flexibility to construction pros managing their project communication and ensures that important matters can be revisited and addressed as needed.

To account for the variety of complex scenarios where additional discussion, clarification, or follow-up may need to happen after an RFI has been marked as “Resolved”, ConstructionOnline Company Administrators will now find the “Reopen RFI” option in the right-click dropdown menu of closed RFIs. When selected, Company Administrators can choose to send another question to the current Contact assigned to the RFI, or send the RFI to additional Contacts. Upon reopening an RFI, ConstructionOnline will trigger a single notification to the associated Resource(s) alerting them the RFI has been reopened and may need their attention.

As a primary component of ConstructionOnline’s dynamic document management for construction projects, RFI Tracking is known for helping construction companies request & receive information as needed to keep jobs running on schedule. By continuing to add features like the reopen option, UDA ConstructionOnline proves its commitment to bringing an enhanced level of transparency & accountability to construction communication.
