Designed to continue providing construction pros with the most advanced options for creating and maintaining detailed, accurate construction estimates, ConstructionOnline's Advanced OnCost Estimates now include more data fields than ever before with these newly added Estimate Columns:

• Phase
• Stage
• Trade
• Type
• Group
• Floor
• Building

The new columns are exclusively available for Standard, 3-Level Estimates in ConstructionOnline and can be accessed from any Estimate Category Sheet through the Show/Hide Columns function. To ensure seamless data management across the platform, additional updates have been applied to Estimate Settings, Estimate Lock Options, Estimate Item Details, and Estimate Import/Export Options to align with the availability of the recently introduced columns.

Room, Phase, Stage, Trade, Type, and Group columns are available for all companies subscribed to any current ConstructionOnline subscription tier. Floor and Building columns - designed for contractors working on multi-purpose developments such as apartment complexes, condos, hotels, townhomes, and more - are exclusively available for Multi-Family versions of ConstructionOnline. Enterprise subscriptions to any version of ConstructionOnline offer access to all estimate values & functions, including eight new featured columns.
