New Excel Export Now Available for Construction Invoices and Payments

New Excel Export Introduced for Construction Invoices and Payments in UDA ConstructionOnline | Award-Winning Construction Financial Management Software | Construction Project Management

UDA Technologies has recently unveiled an update to ConstructionOnline™ Invoicing, enabling Company Users to export construction Invoices and related Payments to Excel. This straightforward and convenient export feature enhances construction teams' capabilities to efficiently share and manage financial data.

All Company Invoices may be exported in a single Excel file, and this option is accessible from within ConstructionOnline's Company Reporting menu. Alternatively, a singular Excel Export may be created for any individual Project in ConstructionOnline. The Export to Excel option can be found on the gray three-dot Actions Menu located at the top right-hand corner of the Invoicing view for any Project in ConstructionOnline.

When configuring the Export Options for their construction Invoices, Company Users can choose to "Include Invoice Payments," conveniently combining all related financial data into a single Excel workbook. Data exported for Invoices will be populated to one sheet within the Excel workbook, while data exported for Payments will be populated to a second sheet within the Excel workbook. This option is automatically selected by default in ConstructionOnline when Company Users initiate the Export to Excel option, but can be deselected when preferred.

Excel Exports for construction Invoices & Payments in ConstructionOnline may be filtered by several properties, including Billing Contact, Invoice Date, Due Date, Payment Date, Invoice Status, and/or Invoice Type.

Furthermore, users have the ability to control which specific data points are included in the exported file by selecting from the list of available Columns to Include:
