ConstructionOnline™ is proud to announce the recent addition of two new financial reports for OnCost™ Estimating - the Room Summary Report and the Phase Summary Report. Following the addition of the Room & Phase columns for construction estimates as part of ConstructionOnline™ 2024, these new financial reports further empower construction professionals to access focused, detailed breakdowns of construction project costs. 

Room & Phase fields are available for all Standard, 3-Level Estimates in ConstructionOnline. Both fields are Custom Company Fields, allowing the available options to be updated and reorganized to best fit the needs of any construction company. Additional Custom Company Fields available for construction estimates created in ConstructionOnline include - Stage, Trade, Type, Group, Floor, and Building. This degree of flexibility and detail sets ConstructionOnline’s OnCost Estimating apart from other construction estimating software on the market today. 

Room Summary Report

ConstructionOnline’s brand-new Room Summary Report presents a breakdown of Estimate Items & Totals segmented by the designated Room, alongside Assigned Resources and additional Estimate Details. Created on a project-by-project basis, Room Summary Reports may include "All Rooms" or may be filtered to only include a single Room. 

Phase Summary Report

ConstructionOnline’s brand-new Phase Summary Report presents a breakdown of Estimate Items & Totals segmented by the designated Phase, alongside Assigned Resources and additional Estimate Details. Created on a project-by-project basis, Phase Summary Reports may include "All Phases" or may be filtered to focus on a specific Phase. 

The ConstructionOnline Team plans to release additional summary reports  in the coming weeks, including - Type Summary Report, Trade Summary Report, Stage Summary Report, and Group Summary Report. Beyond the powerful summary reports, ConstructionOnline also provides options that allow Company Users to insert tables displaying cost breakdowns onto construction proposals created using the OnPoint™ Proposal Wizard.
