Similar to the Estimate Units Report, the new Export Estimate Breakdown to Excel option provides companies with a way to quickly generate a breakdown of the Custom Values columns found within project estimates into an Excel file for greater insight into their project financials. 

When generating the Export Estimate Breakdown to Excel report, ConstructionOnline Users have the option to choose one or all of the following Custom Values:

• Room
• Phase
• Stage
• Trade
• Type
• Group
• Floor
• Building

If choosing a specific Custom Value, the export can be further broken down by “All” values related to that Custom Value category, or individual values. For example, if choosing “Room”, the export could be further filtered by “Master,” “Kitchen,” “Living Room,” “Bedroom,” etc. Additionally, ConstructionOnline Users have the ability to select from 14 different columns to include or exclude from the Excel export as well as choose to include or exclude rows with no value.
