Joining the recently released Room Summary Report and Phase Summary Report, the 4 new reports include - the Group Summary Report, the Stage Summary Report, the Trade Summary Report, and the Type Summary Report. Following the addition of the Group, Room, Phase, Stage, Trade, and Type columns for construction estimates as part of ConstructionOnline™ 2024, these new financial reports further empower construction professionals to access focused, detailed breakdowns of construction project costs. 

Group, Stage, Trade, and Type fields are available for all Standard, 3-Level Estimates in ConstructionOnline. All fields are Custom Company Fields, allowing the available options to be updated and reorganized to best fit the needs of any construction company. Additional Custom Company Fields available for construction estimates created in ConstructionOnline include - Room, Phase, Floor, and Building. This degree of flexibility and detail sets ConstructionOnline’s OnCost Estimating apart from other construction estimating software on the market today. 

Group Summary Report

ConstructionOnline’s brand-new Group Summary Report presents a breakdown of Estimate Items & Totals segmented by the designated Group, alongside Assigned Resources and additional Estimate Details. Created on a project-by-project basis, Group Summary Reports may include All Groups or may be filtered to only include a single Group. 

Stage Summary Report

ConstructionOnline’s brand-new Stage Summary Report presents a breakdown of Estimate Items & Totals segmented by the designated Stage, alongside Assigned Resources and additional Estimate Details. Created on a project-by-project basis, Stage Summary Reports may include All Stages or may be filtered to focus on a specific Stage.

Trade Summary Report

ConstructionOnline’s brand-new Trade Summary Report presents a breakdown of Estimate Items & Totals segmented by the designated Trade, alongside Assigned Resources and additional Estimate Details. Created on a project-by-project basis, Trade Summary Reports may include All Trades or may be filtered to focus on a specific Trade.

Type Summary Report

ConstructionOnline’s brand-new Type Summary Report presents a breakdown of Estimate Items & Totals segmented by the designated Type, alongside Assigned Resources and additional Estimate Details. Created on a project-by-project basis, Type Summary Reports may include All Type or may be filtered to focus on a specific Type.
