UDA Technologies recently introduced Cost Codes & Cost Impact fields to ConstructionOnline™, laying the foundation to provide powerful cost insights across multiple facets of construction project management.
ConstructionOnline’s Cost Coding Tools aim to boost visibility & data organization for individual costs compiled from various features in ConstructionOnline™. Cost Codes are organized into Company Cost Books, which are then assigned to Company Projects. Individual Cost Codes can then be assigned to individual Project Components such as To Dos, Daily Logs, Punch List Items, Estimate Line Items, Change Orders, Client Selections, Calendar Events, Scheduled Tasks, Submittals, Transmittals, and RFIs.
Taking it one step further, ConstructionOnline™ has also added the Cost Impact field to several project management features in the system, including To Dos, Daily Logs, Punch List Items, Calendar Events, Scheduled Tasks, Submittals, Transmittals, and RFIs.
As ConstructionOnline™ continues to expand available Cost Management functions, the Cost Code & Cost Impact fields will provide primary data for insightful tracking & reporting.
