Online Access Expanded for Construction Clients and Subcontractors



The ConstructionOnline Team is excited to highlight the latest round of enhancements for ConstructionOnline's ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Portals, designed to offer greater visibility and convenience to construction clients and subcontractors alike. With expanded online access to key project information, these updates reinforce ConstructionOnline's commitment to improving collaboration and transparency for all project stakeholders. 

ConstructionOnline's ClientLink and TeamLink Portals are powerful, customized online workspaces that provide clients and subcontractors with direct, secure access to essential project information. By offering convenient 24/7 access to real-time project details, the portals foster clearer communication and ensure everyone stays on the same page. 

With the latest round of updates for ClientLink and TeamLink, ConstructionOnline has expanded portal capabilities to include access to:

  • Construction Warranties - Clients and subcontractors can login and access active warranty details, as well as information related to outstanding warranty issues and scheduled service appointments. Clients can also use the portal to submit Warranty Service Requests directly to the contractor.

  • Daily Logging Photostream - A user favorite in ConstructionOnline, the Photostream view direct from Daily Logging is now available for clients and subcontractors within their portal views. This offers an organized, chronological gallery of photos from Daily Project Logs, making it easier than ever for clients and subcontractors to visually track project progress. 

  • Construction Invoices - Exclusively available for ClientLink Portals at this time, the expansion of Invoicing allows for clients to easily view project invoices online at their convenience, improving transparency around billing expectations and streamlining overall project communication. 

My Agenda for Clients & Subs

In addition to these new access points, a tailored version of ConstructionOnline's new "My Agenda" view has also been introduced to the ClientLink and TeamLink Portals. Originally released as a dynamic personal dashboard for ConstructionOnline Company Employees, "My Agenda" presents clients and subcontractors with an intuitive summary of items that need their attention, such as assigned tasks, upcoming meetings, and relevant project deadlines - offering a smarter, more streamlined way for all members of the project team to stay organized.

These enhancements to the ClientLink and TeamLink Portals lay the groundwork for impending updates to platform navigation, which will apply to ConstructionOnline, as well as the ClientLink and TeamLink Portals. Such advancements reflect the ConstructionOnline Team's ongoing mission to streamline construction management and empower project teams with the tools they need to strengthen client relationships, simplify subcontractor collaboration, and drive construction projects forward with confidence.
