With the introduction of ConstructionOnline™ 2020, users will discover new upgraded navigation options to further streamline system management of construction projects. The primary left sidebar in ConstructionOnline™ now presents the Company Overview, Sales Management, & File Management sections of ConstructionOnline™ in consolidated, collapsible menus, alongside Company Projects.

To enhance the Company Projects List, users will enjoy three focused sections for accessing projects – Recent Projects, Favorites, and All Projects. Recent Projects presents those projects most recently accessed, while Favorites presents the projects the user has starred as favorites for their individual profile. Additionally, users are now able to choose how All Projects are sorted – by Project Type remains the default option, with additional options to include Alphabetically, by Project Group, Stage, or Category, or by Office, Division, or Region.

Expanded search options help users to quickly locate the information they are seeking. An option to search directly within the All Projects list on the left sidebar is the most outstanding search addition to the system. Additional search options have been added to ConstructionOnline’s Top Navigation Menu and are available for Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and Projects.
