CO™ Mobile Update Notes (Version 5.0.20)

The latest version of CO™ Mobile (Version 5.0.20) is now available for download via Apple & Android app stores. ConstructionOnline Mobile is the powerful mobile app companion to UDA's industry-leading construction management software, ConstructionOnline.

TIME TRACKING 

• Enhanced Time Tracking controls to include time shift limitations.
  
  • Admin Users can now set daily hour limits for time shifts via browser access to ConstructionOnline.
  • When a user exceeds the set daily limit, both the user and Admins can receive push notifications and email alerts detailing all shifts and total hours, including paid lunches and breaks. 
    • Note: While this enhancement allows Admins the option to prevent the creation of new shifts after the limit is reached (both in the app and via browser), it does not automatically clock a user out of an ongoing shift. The user has the option to clock out or continue. 
• Confirmed that lunch and break notes correctly and consistently save within the "Team" tab. 

CONTACTS

• Improved Contact management directly within the mobile app. 
  • Users can now conveniently view and add attachments to Contacts. 
  • Contact and Lead notes can now be viewed and added. 

COMPANY PROJECTS 

• Simplified Project location selection by allowing users to choose Project latitude and longitude directly from a map.

CALENDARS

• Reviewed recurring events and confirmed these events accurately generate and display on the calendar immediately after creation. 
• Ensured event dates correctly account for your ConstructionOnline Account and device's time zone settings, including Daylight Saving Time (DST). 

NEWSFEED

• Improved the Newsfeed to display an informational pop-up instead of an error message when users attempt to open deleted items. 

MISC

• Implemented backend updates to prevent external browser redirection during certain in-app operations.
