CO™ Mobile Update Notes (Version 5.0.40)

The latest version of CO™ Mobile (Version 5.0.40) is now available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play. As the mobile companion to UDA’s industry-leading construction management platform, ConstructionOnline™, CO Mobile continues to evolve with performance enhancements and new mobile-first functionality designed to support construction teams in the field.  

This release introduces Insurance & Certificates on CO Mobile, an expanded Contact Search experience, and Gantt Chart delay visibility, along with improvements across Files & Photos, Photostream, and Messaging. 

INSURANCE & CERTIFICATES

• New! ConstructionOnline's Insurance & Certificates feature is now available within CO Mobile, giving construction teams the ability to view and manage Insurance, Licenses, Bonds, and Certificates from anywhere on the go. 

FILES & PHOTOS

• Files grid views now maximize the number of columns displayed within the available screen space, creating a more efficient and organized file browsing experience. 

PHOTOSTREAM

• The Photostream now includes photos attached to Punch List Issues and Checklist Issues, expanding visibility into project documentation from the field. 

CONTACTS

• Contact Search now returns results matching any field within a contact record—with the matching field displayed directly on the contact card for faster identification.

• Additional Contacts now appear within the Project Team across both the Project Overview and Contact Selector—with a new Project Team tab grouping contacts by type for more complete team management on the jobsite. 

SCHEDULING 

• The Gantt Chart now displays project delays, giving field teams greater visibility into schedule impacts from the mobile app. 

MESSAGING

• Messaging now saves draft replies and attachments to the correct conversation in all expected instances, helping ensure communication remains organized and accessible.
