The latest update to ConstructionOnline™ Mobile (Version 5.0.42) expands financial management from the field with new mobile access to Purchase Orders and Bills, along with updates to Receipts & Expenses, Time Tracking, Meeting Minutes, Selections, and more.
PURCHASE ORDERS
New: Mobile Purchase Order Management
Users can now view and manage Purchase Orders directly from the ConstructionOnline Mobile App.
Available mobile actions include select Purchase Order field updates and workflow actions such as:
- Approve
- Reject
- Verify Work
- Sign
- Download and review Purchase Orders
TeamLink™ Purchase Order actions are also available from the app. Item- and cost-related changes will continue to be managed through ConstructionOnline on the web.
BILLS
New: Mobile Bill Management
Bills can now be viewed and managed directly from ConstructionOnline Mobile, providing easier access to financial workflows from the field.

Users can update select Bill details and complete supported actions, including marking Bills Ready for Payment.
Item- and cost-related changes remain exclusively available through ConstructionOnline on the web.
RECEIPTS & EXPENSES
- Expanded Cost Details: Receipt and Expense Items now include Cost Codes and Billable status for more complete financial tracking from the mobile app.
TIME TRACKING
- Pay Rate Visibility: Pay Rates can now be viewed directly from Time Sheet Details.
- Cost Code Access Controls: Cost Code selection now respects each user’s assigned Cost Code visibility when clocking in or out.
MEETING MINUTES
- Transcript Access: Meeting Minutes now include the Transcript field in the mobile app.
CLIENT SELECTIONS
- Delivery Date Management: Delivery Dates for Selection Choices can now be adjusted directly from the mobile app.
- Improved Order & Delivery Updates: Editing the Order or Delivery Status of an approved Selection Choice no longer prompts users to revert the Choice to Pending.
MOBILE EXPERIENCE
- New Cost Code List View: Cost Codes now include a collapsible list view that mirrors ConstructionOnline’s indented Cost Code structure, making divisions and individual codes easier to navigate.
- Expanded Timelines: Timeline tabs are now available for:
