Comments Now Available for ConstructionOnline™ Mobile

UDA Technologies announced a major expansion of communication capabilities within CO™ Mobile recently, bringing Comments directly into the mobile experience across many of ConstructionOnline’s most widely used project management tools. 

With this release, construction teams can now add, view, and manage Comments directly from their mobile devices—keeping project communication centralized, connected to the work being discussed, and accessible from anywhere in the field. 

Comments are now supported throughout CO Mobile for: 

• Client Selections
• Change Orders
• Daily Logs
• To Dos
• Submittals
• Punch Lists
• Checklists
• Warranty Tracking
• Project Files
• Invoicing

Connected Communication from Anywhere

Designed to mirror ConstructionOnline’s centralized communication workflows, mobile Comments allow project teams to stay aligned without relying on disconnected emails, text messages, or third-party communication tools.

Dedicated Comments tabs are now available within supported feature items, allowing users to view and manage conversations directly within item details and add/edit screens. All related Comments automatically load when opening an item, helping teams quickly access important context without interrupting their workflow.

The update also introduces support for ConstructionOnline’s @Mention system within CO Mobile, allowing users to tag team members directly within conversations to improve visibility and streamline collaboration.

Improved Visibility into Project Activity

To help teams stay informed while working in the field, CO Mobile now includes a dedicated Comments tab within the Notifications screen, providing quick access to unread Comment activity across projects.

In addition, new Comment badges offer at-a-glance visibility into unread discussions, helping users quickly identify items requiring attention and stay connected to active project communication throughout the day.

By extending Comments throughout CO Mobile, ConstructionOnline continues to strengthen collaboration between office and field teams, ensuring that project communication remains centralized, contextual, and accessible wherever work happens.
