ConstructionOnline Enhances OnCost™ Estimating with New Billed to Date Tracking

ConstructionOnline Introduces New Billed to Date Column to Advanced Construction Estimating Software

ConstructionOnline™ has introduced a new Billed to Date column for OnCost Estimating, giving construction teams improved visibility into project billing activity directly within the estimate table.

Designed to strengthen the connection between estimating, job costing, and invoicing workflows, the new Billed to Date column automatically tracks billed values based on bill items linked to estimate items. This allows teams to more easily monitor financial progress alongside estimated costs without needing to reference separate tools or reports.

The Billed to Date column is now included by default within the Advanced Estimate, Job Costing, and Invoicing estimate views.

Improved Financial Visibility Within Estimates

Billed to Date values are displayed directly within the estimate table, helping teams better understand how invoiced amounts align with project estimates throughout the lifecycle of a project.

Additional functionality includes:

  • Project Totals sheets display cumulative Billed to Date values at the subcategory level
  • Two-level estimates calculate Billed to Date values directly within subcategories
  • Estimate items without linked bill items display empty Billed to Date values
  • Draft bill items are excluded from calculations to maintain reporting accuracy

By expanding visibility into billing activity directly within OnCost Estimating, ConstructionOnline continues to provide construction professionals with more connected financial workflows, helping teams improve oversight, maintain accuracy, and make more informed project decisions.
