ConstructionOnline™ announced recent enhancements to the system's integrated Lead Capture Form which collects details from new leads online, immediately and automatically adding them to the Company Lead Pipeline. Required Fields for the Lead Capture Form now include First Name, Last Name, and Email Address, and the following Fields have been made Optional meaning they can be shown/hidden on the form and their placeholder text can be adjusted: Phone Number, Street Address, City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code, and Information Request.
A primary component of ConstructionOnline’s Lead Tracking feature, the Lead Capture Form is available to be enabled on all Company Public Profiles in ConstructionOnline™ and can also be added to company's existing websites, creating an easy online option for potential clients to be able to submit questions, comments, or requests. ConstructionOnline™ Company Users can be selected to receive text & email notifications whenever a new entry is submitted via the Company's Lead Capture Form, helping to ensure visibility on all potential jobs and streamline the sales process.
