ANNOUNCEMENTS
- The Contact Selector for Announcements consistently loads all available Contacts, based upon whether the Announcement being created is a Company Announcement or a Project Announcement.
CHANGE ORDERS
- New Automated Reminder System introduced for construction Change Orders
- Conveniently modeled after the Reminder System previously implemented for ConstructionOnline's Permit Tracking, Insurance Tracking, Requests for Information (RFIs), Submittals, and Client Selections
- Automated Reminders key off of the Change Order "Due Date"
- Default Email Templates are provided for the following instances -

- Users can edit and/or add Email Templates to further customize messages included with scheduled email reminders

- Change Order Totals available in Quick Link views and dashboards through the ClientLink™ Portal exclusively include approved Change Orders that are visible to ClientLink Contacts, per ClientLink Settings.
DAILY LOGGING
- Automated Weather Tracking Logs (Daily Weather Summary) are exclusively displayed at the Project level within Daily Logging. Only manual log entries (including Observed Weather Logs) are displayed in the Company Overview for Daily Logging.
PHOTOSTREAM
- Attachments from Daily Logging, Checklists, and Punch Lists will display in the Photostream for users with at least "View" level Permissions for those features.
FILES & PHOTOS
- Confirmed that HEIC, JPG, and DNG files all correctly and consistently download from access points throughout ConstructionOnline.
ONCOST™ ESTIMATING
- Updated system logic applied to field for Item Quantity during Estimate Export actions. Confirmed that the system will correctly and consistently fetch the entered Item Quantity whenever available. If the Item Quantity is unavailable, the system will default to an Item Quantity of "1."
ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING
- Streamlined users' ability to successfully create a New Schedule from a Schedule Template, specifically in certain instances where the Schedule Template may include "Empty" Schedule Task Groups.
TIME TRACKING
- Upon initiation of the "Clock Out" action, when the user checks the box to "Create a Work Log entry after Clocking Out," the New Work Log window consistently launches and populates the Date, Project, Cost Code, Resources, and Notes included in the Time Tracking entry for efficient data entry and an enhanced user experience.
CO™ MOBILE
- New options have been added for the upload sequence triggered from within the mobile "Camera" tool, including:
