NOTIFICATIONS

• Email notifications will now direct users to the specific item for the following features: 
  
  • Call Logs
    

COMPANY EMPLOYEES

• Updated styling and formatting of the Company Employee Settings modal
  

LEAD TRACKING 

• Added the ability to print monthly view of Lead Calendar
  

PUBLIC PROFILE 

• Updated the cropping tool available when uploading a Company Logo for Public Profiles and the Project Portal as well as the default styling that populates to the Public Profile if no custom Company Logo is set 
  

TRUEVISION™ BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE 

• Updated styling and formatting of the Project Score widget. Updates include: 
  
  • Added the trademark "TM" to TrueVision
    
  • Moved the score label to the bottom left of the widget on the same row as the “Project Health” link
    
  • Added a Health Percentage in the original place of the fraction label
    

CHANGE ORDERS

• Removed the Custom Markup field from Change Order Contracts to ensure Change Order Contract information reflects what is recorded in the Change Order feature and within OnCost Estimates 
  
  • Now, Company Users must apply Markup to the Change Order itself rather than adding it during contract creation. This ensures the Markup is reflected in ConstructionOnline as well as on the generated documents 
    
  • Company Users can elect to display Markup as a separate column in the Contract’s financial table; however, by default, the Markup column is hidden for Fixed Fee Contracts as it is incorporated into the Item cost and displayed for Cost Plus Contracts
    

CALENDAR 

• Updated system logic so that clicking on a date in the Calendar Year view launches a popover that allows users to create a new Calendar Event with the Event Date set to the selected date
  
• Added the ability to print Calendars from the Week view
  

REDLINE™ TAKEOFF

• Added the ability to designate a layer as a target destination when duplicating takeoff measurements 
  
  • Previously, measurements would duplicate to the topmost layer by default. However, with the new system logic, users can now specify the target layer within the “Destination Layer” field. By default, the currently selected Layer populates to this field. 

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

• Restyled Predecessor line drawing
  
• Ensured ResourceTrak™ Workloads display the current date 

CHECKLISTS 

• Confirmed new Checklist Items and Item Issues display automatically upon creation in all instances
  

CONTACTS

• Ensured Contact Details updated from the Companies category save in all instances
  
• Verified the Country field populates appropriately in all instances

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

• Updated system logic so that users can open the Costbook Item Details modal for Costbooks that have been inserted into an Estimate—specifically in instances where Costbooks contain special characters (specifically percentage signs “%”) in text fields (such as Notes or Specifications) 

MESSAGES

• Confirmed Draft Messages created from a Message Template are saved in all instances 
  

CLIENT SELECTIONS

• Ensured Client Selections import into ConstructionOnline in the same order they were exported from ConstructionOnline
  
  • This means that if a user exports selections from ConstructionOnline to Excel, and then re-imports the selections to a different Project in ConstructionOnline, the selection order will be initially symmetrical between both Projects 
    
• Verified that editing Selection Order updates the order of selections within the Client Selections feature, within the Selections sheet available in OnCost Estimates, and on any OnPoint™ Proposals that include the selections 
  

CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ PORTAL 

• Confirmed that ClientLink/TeamLink Users with appropriate permissions can access callouts that link to other Sheets in Redline
  
• Established new ClientLink/TeamLink Notification Settings for Message notifications
  
  • Previously, ClientLink and TeamLink Users could disable Message notifications from the Portal. However, with the new system logic, Message notifications for ClientLink/TeamLink Users are always enabled; there is no way for ClientLink/TeamLink Users to disable the “Send me an Email notification when I receive a new Message” option.
    

COMPANY CONTACTS

• Verified permissions for new Company Contacts are saved at the point of creation
  

DAILY LOGGING

• Confirmed that Daily Logs in ConstructionOnline display Cost Codes for logs that were created from the CO™ Mobile App

FILES

• Verified file metadata populates immediately upon upload to ConstructionOnline
